The Weyermann® Malts team continues to grow!

As from April 4th, 2016 we welcome a familiar face back to the Weyermann® team:
Stefan Gottschall.

In 2007 Stefan Gottschall completed training to become a specialist in food technology at Weyermann® Malts. To undergo further training as brewer and maltster, his way led him to the Kulmbach Brewery Corporation and the Wagner brewery in Merkendorf. Afterwards the path continued to Berlin for brew-technical studies at the Technical University. There Stefan Gottschall completed his studies to become a graduate brew master graduating as best student in only two years!
In 2013, Stefan Gottschall´s way led him to the red and yellow world of Weyermann® Specialty Malts. As assistant to the laboratory management he acquired versatile knowledge. To gain further practical experience, he once again transferred to a brewery.

Starting in April Stefan Gottschall - now equipped with knowledge and skills in all areas – will complement the Weyermann® team as a customer consultant in the marketing area. He will conduct consultations with our professional visitors in German and English, give professional guided tours, hold lectures for vocational schools, support brew and distilling days and be available for beer consultations. At the Weyermann® Open Bottle Day every Saturday he will moreover represent Gregor Alic at the Fan Shop.
We are pleased to have another competent partner in the team with him and wish him always joy at work!
