Weyermann® Malts at the Natural Products Expo West

From March 9th – 11th the Natural Products Expo West, hosted from the New Hope Natural Media, takes place in the Anaheim Convention Center, California, USA, and of course Weyermann® Malts is on site! This worldwide biggest and leading trade fair revolves around the subject of natural, organic and healthy products – since the industry is experiencing growth of 9 percent per year!
600 exhibitors will introduce their latest products and trends in this area to 3000 companies and 70.000 visitors. In addition, participants can learn more about these fascinating topics in workshops and seminars and thus expand their knowledge.
As Weyermann® ambassadors at the Natural Products Expo West, Franziska Weyermann, Weyermann® fifth generation, and Ulrich Ferstl, Weyermann® team leader customer consultant and food industry, will track new trends and let themselves get inspired, accompanied by Jamie Green, HandCraft General Manager at the Brewers Supply Group, our Weyermann® distribution partner for the USA and Canada. After all malt is also a natural product, which we offer in organic quality.
Also our Weyermann® roasted malt beer extract Sinamar® is known for its simple and efficient use in beverages and food - exclusively on a natural basis. Meanwhile the food team of the world market leader regarding specialty malts, consisting of Xavier Galobart, Key Account Manager Food Ingredients, Ulrich Ferstl and Florian Hübner consult 130 customers in 20 countries in the food industry.
Prior to the trade fair both our Weyermann® ambassadors look forward to a brewery tour to loyal Weyermann® customer, including the Three Weavers Brewing Company, which Jim Wiggins, Southern California Sales Manager at BSG, has organized for them. After the trade fair, Franziska Weyermann will continue to visit loyal Weyermann® customer, including the Firestone Walker Brewing Company and Teeccino® Caffé.
