Weyermann® trains future bakers!

Weyermann® is now approved for training bakers thanks to the authorization of the German Chamber of Crafts!

Christina Spickenreuther from the Chamber of Crafts had made herself a comprehensive picture of our Weyermann® Bakery and its wide range of possibilities. Our Craft Baker Friedrich Rauh was able to present the training contents in an excellent way.

With the qualification of accepting baker trainees, our versatile range of apprenticeships now grows to a total of 12 professions.

Our first apprentice baker will be René Holschuh starting 01.09.2021.

René Holschuh is the son of Oliver Holschuh, one of our employees in our logistic center. Through several internships in Friedrich Rauh´s bakery, René had already gained first insights into the profession. Even then he was enthusiastic and said: "The internships have strengthened my desire to learn this profession one day".

It´s great that we can make René Holschuh´s dream come true!

So once again our Weyermann® Happy Circle is coming together!
