Weyermann® on tour: 10th BHBT Craft Beer Seminar in Beijing, China

Weyermann® customer consultant Michael Wöß has returned safe and sound from his business travel to Beijing, China.
There he attended the 10th BHBT Craft Beer Seminar, to which our longtime Weyermann® distribution partner for China, Barth-Haas Trade Co., Ltd., had invited to.
The seminar mainly introduced the characteristic and technology of world craft breweries and the usage of hops, specialty malts and yeast.
Michael Wöß gave a speech on Weyermann® specialty malts and its influence on wort and beer quality.
