Weyermann® customers achieve outstanding results at the Australian International Beer Awards 2017

The winners of this year’s Australian International Beer Awards 2017 (AIBA) have been announced and we warmly congratulate all winners!
The Modus Operandi Brewing Company, a Weyermann® customer, won in the category “Best Porter”, which was sponsored by Weyermann® Malts, with their Silent Knight Porter. The photo shows Tom Madams (2.f.l.) from David Cryer Limited, our Weyermann® distribution partner for Australia and New Zealand, giving out our award to team of the Modus Operandi Brewing Company.
Further Weyermann® customers who have been honored with awards are the Firestone Walker Brewing Co. and the Stone & Wood Brewing Company, who both took home several awards
We are more than proud, that our malts were once again able to contribute to the great success of our customers in this international, renowned competition. Keep it up!
The AIBA – organized from The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) – is the biggest annual competition for breweries big and small, national and international, when it comes to packaged beer and draft beer. This year a panel of close to 80 international and local judges assessed over 2000 beers from 358 breweries in 36 countries!
