Weyermann® Malts welcomes exchange brewer!

From 04.04.2016 until 15.04.2016 we sincerely welcome Louis Waldmeir as part of our exchange program for brewers in the red and yellow Weyermann® world.
Louis Waldmeir is one of the brewers at the Solemn Oath Brewery in Naperville, Illinois.
According to the name of the brewery the brewers have sworn an oath: To only brew great beer! They mostly prefer Belgian and barrel-aged beers. These can be enjoyed in the bar next door. There, special rules apply:
3 Serving Limit: a maximum of three beers a day a served per guest.
Just Our Beer Here: There are only the home-brewed beers there, no other drinks.
No Cash: You can only paid by card.
No tips: But you are welcome to buy a beer for the waiters.
No Food: No food or snacks are offered, but you are welcome to bring your own along.
Louis Waldmeir learned German at school and spent some time in Heidelberg to study the German beer culture. Now he is very pleased that he can gain experience as exchange brewer in our brew manufacture at Weyermann® Malts for two weeks. He will get to know more about the production process and the use of our specialty malts, the creativity of our brew manufacture and will get to the bottom of the question what the crucial factor of beers brewed with Weyermann® Malts is.
