Weyermann® does good: malts for ‘master brews’

During the past two weeks of Easter holidays, the prospective brewmasters at the Doemens Academy have done their own brews, including pilsner, wheat beer, dark beer, red ale, festival beer and American wheat. To give their brew a special taste they happily used our Weyermann® malts. For many years the world market leader for specialty malts has gladly been sponsoring the brewmaster courses as well as the production manager courses at the Doemens Academy with generous malt donations. The Weyermann® management is very happy to do this as it is important for them to make an own contribution to the promotion of the industry’s juniors. We wish the soon-to-be brewmasters “happy brewing” with our malts and look forward to many more successful years of cooperation with Doemens!
