Thank you for all of your generous invitations and information concerning Drinktech and associated conferences. I am unable to visit in 2001, but I am planning to include 2002 Drinktech into my travel plans to Germany. A brewer's dream come true! I hope to discuss malting topics and drink fresh german beers with you and your staff. Until then, I will continue ordering Weyermann malts to remind me of my well anticipated travels. I have had excellent results using your malts and find them of excellent quality. I have have placed well in home brew competitions making German style beers. Keep up the good work
