Hello Sabine and Thomas,
I want to thank you again for your overwhelming hospitality during our visit last week. I had an incredible time and truly enjoyed every minute. I think the tour of the maltings and our stay at your cabin were the highlights for me. And at the airport on the trip home, one of the airline personnel was speaking to me in German. When she saw the blank look on my face, she said she thought I was German since I was wearing the nice jacket I bought during shopping with Thomas. What a compliment. Thanks again for your assistance. My family loved the gifts.

Hi Sabine,
Sorry not to write sooner but I´ve been travelling and just got back to Japan. I want to thank you and Thomas and Simone for your wonderful hospitality and great Malzerei tour while we were in Bamberg last week. Thank you all so much and the rest of the trip was wonderful as well (we stayed in the beautiful town of Miltenberg, then Heildelberg and finally in Rudesheim on the Rhine...Looking forward to seeing you and Thomas in Minneapolis.

Ciao Sabine, poche ore fa´ sono state assegnate le medaglie all´INTERNATIONAL BEER CHALLENGER 2011 DI LONDRA.
Unico ORO Italiano alla BRASS WEISS del DOPPIO MALTO seguita da ben 4 bronzi.
praticamente su una decina di medaglie assegnate a birrifici italiani 5 sono del DOPPIO MALTO.
Grazie anche a voi che avete sempre sostenuto la nostra filosofia.
Grazie per la vostra bellissima camicia che mi ha portato fortuna.
