Thank you for the wonderful tour...you and the Weyermanns provided wonderful hospitality that both Shinobu and I appreciated greatly. The rest of the tour through Germany was fabulous, Miltenberg, Heidelberg and the Rhein (stayed in Dussheim).

Hello Sabine and Thomas!
It was good to meet you at the Faram hop walk, many thanks for the advice on malts. We have today purchased Melanoidin and Carared malts to make a red IPA, if it is good I will try to send some for you to sample!
We would love to visit Bamberg again, see the maltings and maybe brew on your micro-brewery...!!! But mainly to drink more of the excellent beer there.
