Dear Sabine
I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for your generous hospitality during my visit to Germany, particularly the time you took out of your busy schedule to show me around and take me to lunch.
Your staff, Andreas and Oliver, where very helpful and instructive and you should be congratulated on the very professional and customer focussed way they deal with visitors. I have emailed them separately to thank them for their time.
You have a great company in a beautiful part of the world and it was a pleasure to visit you. I hope that I will be able to return the hospitality when you visit Australia next year.
