Hallo Sabine, hallo Herr Honsel, anbei schicke ich Euch das Foto zu unserem Azubi-Sud. Nachdem ja bereits das Sudhaus von unseren 18 Auszubildenden alleine produziert wurde, ist nun mit dessen Jungfernsud diese Projektarbeit erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Nicht zuletzt dank Eueres Beitrages ist uns sicherlich ein hervorragendes Bier für unsere Weihnachtsfeier gelungen.

Sabine,
Good day, I hope things are going well with you. The holidays are just around the corner and I am sure that Bamberg is looking beautiful. Last week, Bobby Jackson, of Bohemian Brewery, and I brewed another batch of the 1842 Pilsner featuring the Bohemian Floor malt. Pete and Joe Petras, the owners, invited me back to brew this beer again so they could submit it to the World Beer Cup coming up in a few months. Bobby and I are both proudly wearing our Weyermann® jumpsuits. Joe also took some photos from that day and I will forward them to you if he sends them to me.
Once again I hope things are going well and thank you for all your support this past year.

Thank you for the Thanksgiving wishes.
While we at Pagosa Brewing did not medal at this year`s GABF, thought
you should know about the success our Rodeo Rider Red Ale:
Brewed in the style of a German Alt, it uses 100% Weyermann malts. It
was awarded a silver medal at the Colorado State Fair. And, more
importantly, our customers LOVE it. I´ve found that when we want to

Liebe Sabine, lieber Thomas, ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich für Euer Mitwirken bei unserer Veranstaltung Bamberger InsBIERationen sowie für Eure großzügige Einladung zum Brauerabend am Freitag, bedanken. Die Resonanz der Besucher war durchwegs positiv. Hervorzuheben ist hier ganz klar die Podiumsdiskussion, die die ganze Veranstaltung abgerundet hat. Es wäre schön, wenn wir Euch für die nächsten Bamberger InsBIERationen (in 4 Jahren) oder für eine andere Veranstaltung wieder mit einplanen dürfen.
