Hallo Sabine,
nachträglich nochmals danke das Ihr Euch auch im 6.Jahr für mich als Seminarleiter entschieden habt, ich meine die Seminare gehen immer harmonischer über die Bühne und auch das Zusammenspiel mit Andreas Richter, Oliver Honsel und Uli Ferstl ist sehr professionell und
macht auch richtig Spaß!
Ich glaube, dass diese spürbare Freude
am Lehren auch der Grund ist das unsere Teilnehmer jedes Jahr wieder nach Bamberg kommen.
Sehr interessant waren auch wieder die ausgewählten Themen, ein Höhepunkt war sicherlich das Schnapsbrennen in Eurer Destille, das Dank der kompetenten Anleitung von Thomas, Stefan Hafen und Oliver Honsel nicht nur unsere Teilnehmer, sondern auch mich besonders fasziniert hat.
Abschließend möchte ich mich auch noch für die Möglichkeit bedanken auf Eurer Internetseite als "Weyermann Service –Braumeister" stehen zu dürfen.
Ich freue mich auf weiterhin gute Zusammenarbeit und verbleibe mit frohen Grüßen an die gesamte Weyermann Familie.

Con la presente vorrei ringraziare per l´ottima disponibilità, professionalità ed accoglienza presso la Weyermann® Malz.
Per me e´stata una grande possibilità ed ho imparato veramente tante cose nuove.

Hello Juergen. Thanks for the tour of the plant on Thursday. We had a great time. We are now stranded in Munich waiting for news that will allow us to go home. Perhaps we should have gone in the container of malt. It might get to Singapore before we do.
Please also thank Oliver for the very nice beers we tried.

Sabine and Thomas,
Barbara, Mark and I would like to thank you again for the jumpsuits and the brewing book. It is an honor for us to have them. We are sorry we missed you at the WBC, but Barbara and I were only there for the dinner. I am happy to announce that the Rye Bob won a Silver award for American Rye Beer and it was made with 100% Weyermann® Malt.
I am happy that Weyermann® produces such great malt that helps me craft my beer to highest level.
