Albina working in the fitters shop, Evelyn in the electronic workshop and Maja in the laboratory – three girls from the 7th grade of the “Erlöser” school of Bamberg experienced three days in a job normally more choosen by men. The girls were quite excited by the work they had to do and even said afterwards, they might consider one of the professions for the future.
Evely about the experience: Dear Mrs Weyermann, I had quite an impressive day at your company. Your employees gave me a very warm and friendly welcome and the boys in the electronic workshop told me a lot of detailed information and we did some interesting experiments. E.g. I learnt to repair a lamp and got to know how to run an engine in both directions. I was fascinated by the history of your company as well as the fact that Weyermann® malt is known worldwide. With best regards and great thanks Evelyn 7th grade, Erlöserschule
