Hallo,
I have to tell you this.
Of course I brew with Weyermann® malt.
Last weekend I had the brewer (Jan Willem Den Hsrtog) from gulpener (holland) at my brewery. He tasted some Emelisse beers and said: I love the flavour of Weyermann® malt.

Hi Sabine
We only met once but however on behave of my wife my English friends and myself like to thank you and your company for the nice evening at your malt plant. It was nice to see a malt plant again after so many years and without malt there is no good beer. The food and entertainment was superb and we met some old brewer friends again.
Thanks again and if we are in the near future in another Beviale we will attend your party.
