I have recently, through homebrewing, found your chocolate rye malt and because of it am now able to each chocolate again!
I am a migraine sufferer and even the slightest amount of chocolate gives me a 8-12 hour headache.
However, I have recently been doing some experimenting and found that I can grind your chocolate rye malt into a fine powder, that looks, smells and tastes like cocoa powder, but gives me no migraine.
Tonight i have made my first batch of brownies. I have also mixed the powdered Malt with white chocolate and made chips for chocolate chip cookies and have mixed them with heated milk and made hot chocolate.
This has been a great discovery! Perhaps it can be a new marketing approach for you - Weyermanns Cocoa Powder Alternative.
At any rate, thank you for making a product that with a little creativity, has allowed me to eat chocolate again!

Sabine,
I want to thank you and all at Weyermann for welcoming us during our visit to the Bamberg facility on October 25th.
Andrea did a fantastic job arranging our tour which was made extremely easy for us. Wolfgang did a wonderful job taking us through the Weyermann facility and explaining the history and production/distribution flow. It certainly is an impressive operation and we took away a good understanding of what makes Weyermann such an industry leader.
On Friday night we were also very surprised to meet your daughter at the Weissbrau Huber. Having recognized her from the family picture at Weyermann, we introduced ourselves and spoke with her for a while about Weyermann and our tour the day earlier. She graciously invited us to sit with the Weihenstephan students and share from the Stiefel which we enjoyed a great deal. She seems to be a wonderful daughter and great ambassador for your company. You and Thomas should be very proud parents.
Thank you again for your hospitality and we look forward to continue our hobby brewing with Weyermann malts.

Dear Sabine,
visitors from Grupa Zywiec spent a very exciting afternoon in Weyermann® Specialty Malting Company OCT 4th - I would like to thank you for a very warm hospitality!
By the way - I am delighted to meet so many places with Weyermann® Malt in US - we visited more than 20 craft breweries and most of them use malt from white-red-black bags with WM logo :-) Especially in Brooklyn Brewery, Great Divide and Tommyknocker (Idaho Springs). Nice !

Sehr geehrte Frau Weyermann!
Im Namen des Organisationsteams des IGL und aller Beteiligten möchte ich mich nochmals mit dieser Mail bei ihrem Unternehmen für ihre Unterstützung bedanken. Der IGL ist toll gestartet am Rohstoffworkshop. Die Teams sind bereits fest am Brauen. Wir sind bereits sehr gespannt auf die Produkte.
