Dear Sabine, dear Thomas,
first of all I want to greatly thank you for the material that you kindly left to me in Rimini. This would be really useful for the continuous training and dissemination we are doing in Italy on the area of beer.
Moreover, I really appreciated the hospitality you offered to the master students I introduced to you on Saturday morning.
My personal idea is that only sharing any knowledge in the area of beer could improve the area itself (and therefore each actor, as we both are).
I will keep in touch with you in the next weeks to discuss together for further opportunities of common interest.
