Weyermann® sponsors malt for apprentices

With great pleasure Weyermann® Malt sponsored the malt for the final brew of the apprentices at their trade school of the Öttinger Brauerei in Möchengladbach, a loyal Weyermann® customer. After the apprentices did already an internship at Weyermann® they only wanted to use best quality malt, Weyermann® Malt for their final brew at school, to proof their knowledge. For Weyermann®, the family run business with long tradition, it is most important to support the trainees of the brewers business. Each week at least two interns from all over Germany are getting background knowledge of the malting technologies in Bamberg at Weyermann®.
Attached please find some photos of the brewing procedure of the apprentices of the Öttinger Brewery.
Some Thank You words of the apprentices after their brewing experience: “Good Day, We are happy to attach some pictures of our brewing day. Our Brown Ale is still fermenting. As soon as we have bottled our beer, we will send more photos. We want to thank you again for the excellent malt. We are already more than happy with the results of our brew. With a friendly brewers greeting Jan, Christian, Florian and Thomas”

We are happy for you that the brew was successful, thanks to your gained knowledge, the use of Weyermann® malt and last but not least your creativity.
