It´s not the first time, it´s the eighth time that brewers from Italy made their way to Bamberg to attend the annual Uberti-Weyermann® seminar, but never before there were so many participants than in 2012. And besides a lot of training and a tough schedule it was also guaranteed that they all will have a fun time as well. The Italian brewers learnt about microbiology and how to brew ales. The practical part of the seminar showed them how to brew wheat wine at the Weyermann® trial brewery , they learnt how to bake beer bread at the company´s own bakery and got to know the delicacy “Schäuferla” in two different breweries, Greifenklau and Kundmüller, and did some beer tastings. They all were totally thrilled and many of them already agreed to come back in 2013. There couldn´t be any better compliment than that.
