Guten Morgen Frau Weyermann!
ich las mit großem Interesse und Respekt über Ihr 25-jähriges Betriebsjubiläum!
Ich kenne die Weyermann® Mälzerei noch ab Ihren Eintritt an – da betrat ich auch gerade meinen neuen Arbeitsplatz in der Mahrs Bräu… (01.01.86) und konnte
genau mitverfolgen, wie sich Ihr Engagement deutlich durchsetzte und stetig ein Wachstum seitens der Produktion und auch des guten Namens her, wie so ein wachsender Virus (im positiven Sinn) ausbreitete! Sie setzten Meilensteine in der Mälzerei Weyermann®! Dasselbe gebührt natürlich auch Ihrem Mann, Herrn Thomas Kraus–Weyermann - das muss einfach zusammenpassen…

Hello Sabine, You are right. You do have the best malts in the world.:) As a Homebrewer from Boston and a lover of German beer, I couldn´t see using anything else. Thanks for making a high quality product. Keep up the great work.. If you have anything new to promote, I hope you keep us up to date.. Cheers, Brian O´Grady

Thank you for the very thoughtful note. We can definitely sit down for a beer. After going to a few industry events, I am always impressed that both you and Thomas are the representatives for your company and I fully understand how much time and effort you must put forth towards your company. We will not only continue to use your malt, but will also continue telling people how much we appreciate the product and the values your company stands for. Thanks again.

Thank you very much again for the superb visit, full of hospitality and very interesting technical aspects, to your very high level installations.
Also, thank you very much for your last sending including samples, and info about your process; and of course the photographs that I am going to distribute to Adán and José Luis Romero. They will be a good remember of our first, but not the last, meeting.

Hi Sabine and Thomas,
I’m in Brazil again, I’d like to thanks for the reception and for everything that Weyermann® is doing for the Bamberg Brewery, this travel was fantastic, I think we did a big improvement in the relationship with the city of Bamberg, for me was very important the meeting with the mayor.
As I said for you I don’t have enough words to tanks all the Weyermann’s support. The only thing I must to do is keeping my job in spread the German beer culture.
See you in November.
