Dear Sabine,
What a nice surprise to receive such wonderful photographs taken at the CBC in San Diego this morning in my mailbox!
Thank you so much for the memories including photos of some of my favourite people.
I hope all is well with you and your family.
Last week I designed and brewed Belgian style beer using 100% Weyermann Malts combined with 3 specific Fermentis yeasts.
In a few weeks I will do my tasting evaluations in order to understand what worked best for the specific style of beer.

I would like to thank Weyermann company and Andreas Richter so much for the great hospitality and warm welcome we all experienced at our great trip to Weyermann and Bamberg. Your company is a very impressive and dedicated company, and this was certainly also proved when we tried your products in the fantastic beer varieties we tried during our stay at the many nice Breweries in Bamberg processed on Weyermann malts.

I just listened to your interview on the swedisch homebrewing radio and I would just like to tell you how inspiring it was. What a great company and philosophy! I use Weyermann in my homebrewing all the time and will most definitely continue doing that.
