At the Carolina Brewery, I produce a variety of different beer styles from around the world. I am particularly impresssed with the excellent flavor and aroma of the Weyermann caramel malts. They are simply the best for creating authentic lager beers.

We are brewers of German specialty beers at the Crescent City Brewhouse and love the Weyermann products. The yield, consistency and overall quality helps us make top of the line Lagers and Weissbeer. The fact that they are small producers and are from frankonia like myself makes it even better. Cheers!
